Telehealth makes it easier to keep your care going when getting to the office is hard. Video visits are secure and confidential, and they offer the same thoughtful care and professional guidance as an office visit.

Many evaluations and follow-up visits can be done by telehealth. When you request an appointment, tell us whether you prefer video, the office on Chandler Avenue, or either one.

When it may help

• Busy schedules, transportation or mobility challenges
• Follow-up visits that do not need to be in person
• Anyone who is more comfortable talking from home
