This website shares general information about Bloom Mental Health, an outpatient psychiatric practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is not medical advice and does not create a patient relationship. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted, not an appointment.

Not for emergencies

This website, its forms, and our text messages are not monitored around the clock and are not emergency services. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

SMS terms

Program: Bloom Mental Health customer-care text messages about your request and your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders, and telehealth visit links. No marketing messages.

Opt-in: only by checking the optional box on our appointment request form with your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Help: reply HELP, call 702-350-1419, or email michelle@bloommentalhealthlv.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
